These seminars have been conducted with employees at all levels of organizations from first line workers to senior executives. Clients for these seminars have ranged from health care organizations and manufacturing facilities to financial institutions and construction companies. Regardless of the type of organization, my designs are always highly interactive based on current research and theory followed by practical exercises. Seminars can be half day, full day, or multiple days. Upon request, I also design and deliver a complete Management Development Program, a complete Leadership Development Program, and a complete Mentoring Program.
